Delivery & Refund Terms

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails as it is governed by Turkish law (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection).

1. Nature of the Service

validrelay is a cloud-based (SaaS) software service. The service provided is entirely digital; there is no shipping or hand delivery of a physical product.

2. Delivery (Access to the Service)

After payment is confirmed by the payment institution (iyzico), the purchased module and subscription are made accessible through the Buyer’s platform account immediately, within 24 hours at the latest. Access to the service is provided via the registered e-mail address and the account panel. In case of any issue regarding access, support can be obtained at info@subiq.com.tr.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The Buyer accepts that performance of the service begins immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Conditions

The Buyer may request a refund in the following cases:

• The service cannot be provided at all due to technical reasons,
• Payment is charged twice (duplicate) by mistake,
• The service is contrary to (defective in) the essential characteristics as advertised and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.

Refund requests are submitted in writing to info@subiq.com.tr. Approved refunds are returned to the card/account used for payment within 14 days at the latest from the approval of the request. Refunds are processed through the payment institution iyzico; the time it takes to reflect on your card may vary depending on your bank.

5. Subscription Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel their subscription at any time through the account panel or support channels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period; no refund is made for the unused portion of the cancelled subscription (except for the exceptions above) and access to the service continues until the end of the period.
